Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and assist you accordingly ◡̈

Damaged or Incorrect Items ᴖ̈

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp regarding your order. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Refunds or replacements are only considered in cases of approved damaged or incorrect orders. Once reviewed and approved, we will advise you on the next steps. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to bank processing times.
